This Privacy Policy explains how HandyHomePro Services ("we," "us," or "our"), operator of handyhomeproservices.com (the "Site"), collects, uses, and shares information about you. 1. Information we collect

Information you provide: name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, and the details about your home service job that you submit through our quote and contact forms.
Consent records: whether you checked our SMS and marketing consent boxes, and the date/time of your submission.
Technical information: IP address, browser/user-agent, and referring page, collected automatically to help process and secure your request.

2. How we use your information

To review your request, prepare quotes, and schedule and perform the work you ask about.
To contact you about your request by phone, email, or, if you consented, SMS text message.
To send marketing communications — email offers and, where you have separately opted in, marketing calls and text messages from HandyHomePro Services — which you can stop at any time.
To operate, secure, and improve the Site, and to comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share your information

To fulfill your request, we share your job details and contact information with the HandyHomePro team assigned to your area and project so they can prepare your quote and perform the work. We may also share information with service providers who help us operate the Site.

We do not sell your personal information. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with, sold, rented, or transferred to any third party for any purpose. SMS consent is used only to enable communications from HandyHomePro Services. Any information sharing needed to service your request (described above) is separate from, and does not include, your SMS opt-in data or consent.

4. SMS / text messaging

Opting in to SMS is optional. You can submit a request and receive service without it. If you opt in, you consent to receive recurring text messages from us at the number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. 5. Your choices

SMS: reply STOP to any message to opt out.
Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
Access / deletion: contact us at [email protected] to request access to or deletion of your information, subject to applicable law.

6. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to service your request, maintain consent records, and comply with legal obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

7. Children

The Site is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, with the "Last updated" date revised above.
